Lead to Inspire - Let us Lead you to Inspire
“Let us Lead you to Inspire”
The secret to being a strong, successful team isn’t a new formula; it begins and ends with the old adage, “there’s no I in team.” You may be the brains behind a company but you need a solid team of people around you to make it work.
How many times have you walked into a situation, whether it is a business you frequent or a new job and said to yourself, great people but who is making decisions? How leaders and ultimately employees are fed will move a company to success faster than anything else.
Whether you have an established business, a concept or a product you want to market to build your own business, it doesn’t matter what stage of the game you’re in, there’s still time to refocus, engage, educate and plot your future.
Marcia Rase Schmitz and Sherry Kurtz-Anderson started Lead to Inspire because we know as a busy business owner or leader, you know you need to address employee engagement, client experience and leadership training, but you don’t have the time to tackle it yourself. We have a passion for working with people, every job either of us have ever held, the focus has been on people. We enjoy building teams and leaders, building relationships with clients and in the end helping everyone succeed.
What we do at Lead to Inspire is meet with you, meet with your team then build out and help you pull through and implement a plan specific to your business needs and goals.
Our focus is on the need for good communication, engaging and educating your employees and helping them provide an incredible customer experience for your clients. We also help you invest in your leaders. Your leaders are the backbone to your organization, you need to empower them to use their skills, ultimately moving them to invest in your bottom line, pushing your business to excel.
It all takes time to create a great company, a great culture and a great client experience but it is time well spent and it results in:
- Increased productivity and effectiveness
- Improved working relationships
- Increased Job Satisfaction for team members
- Decreased turnover rate
- Empowering work environment – where team members want to work hard
- Increased client satisfaction
- Positively impact the bottom line
If your business is running smoothly, your leaders trained, employees engaged and you have happy clients, great job! But if you don’t have a pulse on your employees or simply don’t have time to dig into that area of your business, that’s where Lead to Inspire will team up with you to help.
